Key Accomplishments: * Elevated production levels, doubling gross revenues every year for a 10 year period, managing new organizational restructuring change by forming influential coalitions and measuring success weekly. * Created customized, cost-conscious debt recovery solutions for key clientele, aligning strategies with unique corporate philosophies. Was the active liaison across all company departments. * Built best in class processes where credit management and reporting, efficiency and client experience are keenly managed. Further focused on operations resiliency with execution and efficiency. * Designed executive and management reporting systems and tailored financial and operating reporting system to meet requirement of 50+ business units. * Increased revenue by 23% over 24 month period by researching and creating data flow procedures for 50+ outsourced agencies worth $5.5 million in monthly returns, automating comprehensive processes and verifying data integrity.
