Daily Duties at Wnych, Llc:

Analyze and strategize Revenue Cycle Processes to ensure short and long term growth, profitability and internal control procedures in relation to credit management and reporting, fraud management, agency management, in-house management of staff and collections, and IT development. Offer subject matter expertise to the Mortgage, Check, Medical, Commercial, Retail, Credit Card, Consumer Loans, Automotive and Telecom collection verticals. Key Accomplishments: * Approved and coordinated changes and improvements in agency management, credit and fraud management, contracts, SLA’s, reviews, report cards and life cycle timelines increasing performance by 10% in first 45 days. Developed and implemented performance budgets, account reconciliations, action plans, payment processing, and auditing procedures. * Evaluated management of revenue cycle processes and system integration and focused on the Financial Services, Utility, and Customer Service industries leading to increased growth in the first 90 days. * Expertise in forecasting workforce requirement, establishing/redesigning organizations, and influencing/leading the work of individuals and groups in change initiative lead to increased production levels. * Designed and implemented analytical tools resulting in identification of wasteful/abusive business practices focused on agency expense, leading to initial cost savings of 18%. * Analyzed and overhauled current credit policies and created standard operating procedures for ongoing credit reporting in compliance with the FCRA. Re-established and escalated relationships with the credit reporting agencies. Developed agency scoring matrices based on segmentation.
