Responsible for leadership and development of several sales groups servicing large territories throughout the Mid Atlantic areas generating over 15 million in revenues. Participated in the planning,organizaion and implementation of a sales team effort to direct the company from a monopolistic agency evnironment into a competitive proprietary environment. Required extensive consultations with clients and sales teams to effectivley orchestrate conversion and implement successful marketing campaigns. Hired, trained and led top performing sales teams in the Mid Atlantic markets.
