-Recognized and promoted for hiring and training capabilities which successfully met the semi-annual demands based on prior customer to employee fluctuation, business needs and corporate protocols. -Revamped associate on boarding and exit processes to improve associate retention and job satisfaction. Improvements to scheduling, the implementation of exit interviews, and delegation of responsibility were direct results of our efforts. -Initiated cross-store networking and communications in efforts to more quickly incorporate customer purchasing patterns, scrutinize quality control, and monitor fraud. -Served as the training officer to assimilate new personnel to corporate policies and procedures while focusing on technical skills, selling tactics and KPI utilization. -Managed the store’s operational and administrative requirements with both Federal and State laws. Duties included employee documentation, OSHA compliance, and emergency response protocol.
