Daily Duties at Whbm Inc:
-Managed the talent pipeline and process. Duties include: prescreened possible candidates, set up phone screening, scheduled and conducted initial interviews. Background or reference checks conducted to cost effectively determine the most qualified possibilities suitable for second and third round interviews according to company needs. -Established and implemented employee incentives programmed to continually educate staff of new techniques in order to maintain high levels of drive and motivation. -Performed conflict resolutions in order to increase overall group cohesion, develop employee’s personal self knowledge and unify professional mutual respect. -Served as the primary support for the district and regional executives’ quarterly financial objectives which allowed surpassed district and company goals and placement in first among our global franchise. Responsibilities included planning and reporting, expense management, the creation of sales contests, and benchmarking.
