Daily Duties at Pc Pro Schools:
Managed the organizations’ daily operations and established new business Established business relations with a number of companies to come in and interview students for employment opportunities. Administered activities of career development and placement; Oversaw the overall operations of the campus pertaining to maintaining consistent calling plans with local businesses, coordinating and attending appointments with local businesses, coordinating graduate/employer interview process, conducting admissions interviews, assist in student withdrawal prevention, follow-up with students on job status. Responsible for orientation of new students, conducting Campus Staff meetings and assist Admissions Team members when needed; provided career development curriculum to students and adhered to structures and processes necessary to manage the organization’s current activities and its projected growth. Accomplishments: Developed strategic partnerships with businesses to come in and interview students for employment opportunities. Achieved a minimum ACCET placement requirement of 70% of campus graduates. Conducted Commencement speeches for several graduations.
