Daily Duties at Allstates Employer Services, Inc.:
Progressive career with multiple promotions as a result of performance with a fast growing Southeastern based PEO. Progression of responsibilities represented by the following descriptions of positions held. Director of Operations & Underwriting Combining both positions allows utilization of the skills learned in underwriting and operations to oversee both departments. Allows for an overall picture of the process from beginning to end. Allows for proper classification of new client’s employees and ensures the employees stay correctly classified throughout their time with AES. Director of Operations Oversee daily operations of production and customer service centers for a major PEO with over 300 clients and 3500 worksite employees. Supervise the production of $90M in annualized payroll ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely output of payroll data and reports. Maintain client relationships and ensure all client expectations are met. Manage electronic filing system to ensure all company records are stored in compliance with the proper retention dates. Assist clients with their Human Resource needs. Assist finance department with budgeting and cost measurement for operational statistics. Support company goals and profit projections by monitoring capacity levels. Work with the Director of Business Development to help close major accounts and ensure a smooth transition. Develop and improve policies, processes, and procedures. Analyze data and compile weekly reports to provide the owners with recommendations for increasing profit and reducing liability. Manager of Underwriting Oversee the underwriting and pricing of all new business. Analyze loss history, risk, and profitability to determine if approval is in the best interest of the company. Work directly with the safety director and claims adjusters to cohesively manage the companies risk at all times. Review all current accounts to ensure proper classification of all workers in accordance with the National Council on Compensation Insurance. Work with state investigators with the Florida Department of Insurance to ensure compliance by all clients.
