Daily Duties at Target Corporation:
Accountable for Guest Service (Cashier and Front End Operations) and Sales Floor (Merchandising and Customer Service) within a $15 million retail operation. Three major areas of responsibility include team member management, store leadership and community service. Responsible for driving sales, customer service and profitability by achieving sales goals, ensuring customer interaction and service, and maintaining budget controls.
