Daily Duties at Esri:

Respond to help desk tickets as a tier I/II micro technician for 200+ users. • Build servers, workstations, and repair hardware. • Manage telecomm hardware, provides internal phone support, blackberry support. • Maintain asset inventory, track hardware and software orders, and installs upgrades. Manage campus flowdown process from new systems through end of life cycle. Coordinate disposal of obsolete equipment. • Responsible for ordering equipment and creating account for new hire. • Create monthly computer tip or how to guide on software for staff • Troubleshoot various hardware/software issues. • Create a ghost image for different model laptops/desktop. Update software, driver, BIOS. • Encrypt hard drive with Bitlocker 140-2 compliant on Windows 7 machines
