Daily Duties at Toll Brothers, Inc.:
Responsible for heading and managing a staff of over 135 construction and project managers, sales managers, marketing and advertising, land development and acquisition personnel, while directing the actions of over 125 subcontractor groups. Oversaw operations and launched a divisional office. Managed all P&L job cost budgets for houseline/ marketing/ advertising/ site/ land/ job & sales overhead with figures approximating $293M. Increased division lot purchase growth by 20%.
