Directed all recruitment/staffing, compensation, employee relations and training/development functions for the Corporate Banking, Investment Banking and Real Estate Finance Groups within the Americas Regional Headquarters. • Reduced annual turnover from 28% to 17% by introducing targeted employee relation programs. • Created management development programs and introduced a new performance management process to 400 management employees. Conducted sexual harassment avoidance training. • Executed bank restructuring/job elimination programs for the NY, Seattle, Atlanta, and Boston, Washington, DC and Honolulu branches, resulting in savings in excess of $5M.
