Reporting to CEO, responsible for all corporate HR operations for this US subsidiary of the world’s largest (Swiss based) staffing company. I managed a $6M department budget directing an HR staff of 50 with four direct reports in Employee Relations/Diversity, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Organizational Development and Payroll/HRIS, and supported 3300 full-time staff and 130,000 temporary associates. • Restructured the employee health plan by selecting a new consultant, and adjusting billing arrangements, resulting in an overall cost savings in excess of $6M in one year while keeping employee contributions unchanged. • Established an automated applicant tracking/on-boarding solution resulting in a 3 year ROI of over $800,000. • Coordinated the communication and rollout of a new global talent assessment program, which included a 360 degree assessment for the executive team, in order to establish baseline metrics for career development, succession planning and international mobility decisions.
