Daily Duties at Eurohypo Ag New York Branch:
Reporting to the General Manager, and management committee member, within the US operations of the largest global (German based) commercial real estate investment bank, I am responsible for all Human Resources strategic/operational programs, including talent management, total reward compensation, performance management and the MBA/executive recruiting programs. • Coordinated multiple organizational restructuring programs yielding over $15M in savings over two years including the successful integration of payroll, benefits and HR policies as well as Eurohypo’s infrastructure departments into the parent company . • Assumed responsibility and successfully completed an IRS Voluntary Correction Program (VCP) while amending 401k plan and introducing new investment policy/audit function for ERISA/PPA compliance. • Merged and updated employee handbooks between parent and subsidiary operations.
