Daily Duties at Wilton Industries:
• Recruited back to Wilton personally by the COO to assist the implementation of 3 mergers into their platform. • Provided leadership supporting the COO and Program Managers to troubleshoot IT migration issues, labor scheduling, and financial reporting requirements to capture synergies and costs of mergers. • Worked with taskforces of the separate companies to develop plans and strategies to leverage Wilton’s legendary brand status. • Implemented process improvements on inventory turns, streamlined benefit packages, consolidated payroll systems, eliminated brokers and utilized inside sales staff, and most importantly ensured successful build out of the office space and warehouse facilities. The transfer of inventory must be tracked to ensure it is ready to ship to customers. • Completed the operational and financial goals on the timeline established for these successful mergers. • Supplied Private Equity owners the financial data with commentary in a format where business implications summarized.
