Daily Duties at Connecture:
Responsibilities include: administration of multiple SQL database servers in an active/active multi-instance clustered environment; maintaining performance on UAT, CS, Training, Staging, and Production environments; data load extraction and transformation utilizing DTS; modifying DTS packages as dictated by the business; performing backup & recovery strategies utilizing both native and Quest LiteSpeed compression tools; designing database maintenance plans; implementing data security guidelines; problem & change management; assisting SQL developers with application installs.
