Daily Duties at Excell Communications :

conducting bid walk inspections and job bids. Applying and obtaining job site permits. Reporting employee’s payroll, managing employee accrued and allotted times. The employee hiring and termination process, evaluations from promotions to probation implementations. Provide training to new and existing employees regarding existing and revised policies and procedures, managing multiple crews, jobs sites and projects, including budgets, purchase orders, materials and job site deadlines. Wireless construction, installation and maintenance encompassing various telecommunications companies such as AT&T / Verizon / T-Mobile / Southern Link: upgrades including G4, expansions, installations, removals, maintenance, construction, stacking, tower analysis, RF Inspections, microwave back hauling and site development. Conduct blue print Inspections and approvals, civil raw land site development and turnkey projects. Close out punch list inspections and documentation preparation Crown Castle / American Tower / Bechtel / General Dynamics: upgrades, expansions, installations, removals, maintenance, construction, stacking, tower analysis, RF inspections, microwave back hauling, civil raw land site development and turnkey projects. Conduct blue print inspections and approvals. Close out punch list inspections and documentation preparation.
