Daily Duties at Sunoco Inc:
•Managed over 250 regional and national accounts in New England and Canada •Provided sales support through processing & expediting over 1,000 orders a month, investigating complaints, delivery coordination •Acted as a team player/back-up support to 7 other team members •Assisted 5 account managers in maintaining customer updates, managing invoice disputes, and traveling 5% to customer sites to build rapport •Mediated supply chain & transportation issues through SAP and acting as liaison to other departments •Only member of the team to have daily contact with the compliance group for issues related to exported DEA regulated products •Trained several members of the Chemicals Division on complicated export process as a direct result of initiating and implementing changes needed on the procedure
