Daily Duties at Raven Industries:
Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the manufacturing facility. Duties include hiring, firing, scheduling, planning, resolving grievances. Ensure attendance and productivity goals were met. Responsible for creating 2 million dollar departmental budget and ensuring budgetary goals were met. Directly managed three manufacturing supervisors and two manufacturing engineers.
