Responsible for all aspects of the operations of the facility. Responsible for establishing long term and short term goals for the purchasing, production and shipping departments. Duties include scheduling, planning, resolving grievances, meeting budgetary goals and ensuring attendance and productivity goals are met. Directly manage two manufacturing managers, the materials manager and the customer service department.
