Daily Duties at Comcast Spotlight:
Senior Sales Executive for a 200+ person ad sales division, duties included managing seven sales offices across the Boston DMA, Responsible for $42 million in revenue, ongoing P&L reporting to regional and divisional management. Annualized growth across the market was greater than 15%. Superior Bad-Debt performance as the market posted less than 1.5% during 2003-2004. Oversaw all strategic budget planning, performed ongoing market analysis for existing and future acquisitions. Introduction of new sales platforms, and programs, successfully implemented corporate sales initiatives, superior integration with cross functional programs, and daily interaction with multiple business units within the Comcast family. Experienced outstanding results in talent acquisition and development and was repeatedly recognized for such accomplishments as a GSM and LSM. Was the first to rise from the field to Senior Management in the NE region. In 2002 was selected for “Leading the Broadband Way” which was the company successor program.
