Consolidated and retooled six under-performing publications and created four self sustaining, well run weekly publications. Reduced monthly revenue loss by 50%. Re-sized the sales team, introduced new performance metrics, replace outdated sales policy, re-defined performance goals and replace aging sales collateral. Introduced and led the drive with our online partners to incorporate print and digital media in a coherent easy to understand format. Successfully renegotiated all national pre-print business, managed the majority of the major accounts and eliminated better than 30% of long term bad debt.
