As manager of global operations I was focused on growing revenues by supporting innovation, continuously improving operation and making it cost effective and more profitable, and strengthening my skills and capabilities. I led and mentored several lean and transactional six sigma initiatives globally. In addition, I developed and implemented a global strategy and structure around operational effectiveness aligned with company's vision and mission.
