Daily Duties at Madison Capital Mgmt.:
Responsible for all HR-related functions for 8 separate business units including investment firm, oil & gas leasing, utility company, winery, and fine arts storage and logistics; managed staff of 3; benefits negotiation including 401(k), benefit administration, recruiting, hiring, training, performance management process, employee handbook development and enforcement, employee counseling, monthly report generation for upper management/cost-saving initiatives/implementation of HRIS system and new payroll system.
