Daily Duties at Power Medical Interventions:
Charged with development of proprietary products comprised of marketing specification generation and market planning across design control process, encompassing forecasting and revenue goal setting. Managed $2 million budget and 4 direct reports. Established subsidiaries in Japan and France to market and sell PMI products in the #2 and #4 medical device markets respectively. Orchestrated successful launch of 5 new products into domestic and global markets from inception through market release and post-market promotion and support. New products forecasted to account for 75% of revenue. Developed strategic planning and tactical execution worldwide in cooperation with US VP of Sales, European VP of Sales and country directors at subsidiaries in Germany Japan and France to support and plan all sales and marketing activities.
