Daily Duties at Cendant Corporation:

 Supervised a team of 3 full-time employees and 3 contractors.  Created a Cost-Benefit analysis to change CRT monitors with energy efficient LCD’s across the company.  Responsible for all desktop support and desktop configuration standards. Wrote and implemented rapid desktop deployment scripts and procedures for various business roles.  Managed the CSV (Computer System Validation) processes, including Disaster Recovery. Designed, build and implemented a proprietary asset tracking software (MS Access and Visual Basic).  Used RCN, SMS for remote deployments, updates and configuration of desktops and servers, and Ghost for desktop imaging.
