Daily Duties at Comsys:
Managed a small group tasked with building the application maintenance outsourcing practice providing sales support and identifying solutions for proposed projects. Provided daily analysis of overall operations providing Executive Management with procedural improvement initiatives. Responsible for the development of the Service Level Support methodology that employed flexible delivery models for application maintenance and independent testing. Managed change management procedures helping project managers implement the SLS methodology with our clients. Key Achievements: Developed and managed the Application Maintenance outsourcing practice and developed the methodology, including processes, financial models and metrics. Provided support in the sale of a large multi-million dollar project with a national telecommunication to outsource their back office operations Delivered annual savings of $50K+ to the Project Services operations after assessing processes and financials, consolidating redundant procedures, and initiating workflow and internal operational improvements.
