Daily Duties at First American Trust / Sms:

 Developed and documented Configuration Management processes for the FAST and FASTweb systems.  Acted as BSA for the FASTweb system, gathering requirements, writing SOWs, WBS, WBS libraries, and assuring that these are developed  Deployed, maintained and trained developers in using the VSS configuration management system.  Administration of VSS version control systems. Created user accounts, access rights, branching policy, etc.  Designed, implemented and managed CM processes including a Configuration Tracking System and an innovative web based Build Request System, integrated with Test Director (QA), MS Access and SQL. This system streamlined software development processes and integrated Project Management, Development, QA and CM, raising visibility at every step of the process. Used MS Project.  Early adopter of Agile style methodology.  Managed Install Shield scripts and Installation Specifications.  Started an automated build deployment test tool.  Gained in-depth knowledge in the configuration of multiple build environments on a multitude of platforms.  Experience with 3-tier B-to-B development environments utilizing core Microsoft technologies (IIS / MTS / MSMQ / SQL) along with several other systems as part of a first ever web-based Title and Escrow system.
