Daily Duties at Ultra Link:

 Worked with company mandated Agile Scrum methodology.  Configuration Management for a web-based app. using a three-tier Microsoft web technology, using ASP, COM+, XML, HTML, Visual Basic, JavaScript, JSP, SQL, Weblogic and Apache web servers.  Designed and implemented an web-based Change Request system (similar to IBM/Rational ClearQuest). The system integrated with the company’s own Defect Tracking software via MS Access and SQL.  Created 100+ documents on policy, process and hardware specifications for Configuration and Release Management.  Release management for Windows based applications and software. o Implemented Install Shield to create automatic installation packages.  Coordinated IT support of the infrastructure.  Responsible for IT budgeting in all areas under CM responsibility.  Re-organized the configuration management tool from VSS to IBM/Rational ClearCase to support rapid growth in an extremely dynamic development environment. Managed design, implementation and training of new tool and processes.  Managed the company's web server farm and application related hardware. Defined company standards for servers and development desktops and software (CSV).
