Daily Duties at Comsys:

Managed practice operations group with responsibilities for infrastructure, internal application development and integration projects. Directly responsible for supporting strategic partnerships integrating methodology, solutions and meeting mutual objectives. Coordinated and participated in process improvement initiatives through productivity measurement and analysis. Led special projects implementing new process and procedures. Key Achievements: Led the analysis effort for an acquisition of a small solutions company in India assessing organizational capacity and internal Return on Investment. Oversaw development of internal website used for project management and sales tracking. Identified a strategic partner through the development an assessment process that included the creation of an RFP evaluation, site visits and negotiations. Instrumental in saving $2M+ annually through major corporate process reengineering initiatives, which entailed improving back-office processing procedures and defining the order-to-cash process. Managed and developed the process/procedures for an ISO-9001 certification implementation for a segment of the vendor management group, on time and under budget.
