• Commanded over 850 people with an operating budget in excess of $1.0M, plus capital assets over $33.4M. • Trained, equipped, and tactically employed the battalion together and during distributed operations. • Planned and executed extensive training with foreign nations’ militaries. Supported ongoing diplomatic initiatives by working with senior U.S and foreign military officers. • Deployed battalion to Okinawa, Japan and conducted continuous distributive operations throughout Asia. • Commanded U.S. and Philippine forces during first large scale operation since the closing of American bases. • Trained and prepared for peace-making/keeping operation in East Timor.
