Daily Duties at U.S. Marines At Villanova University And The University Of Pennsylvania:

Provided strategic direction, leadership and management for a 20-person staff and 215 students in the development and execution of a world class university curriculum. • Participated in university activities to include personal involvement in college/inter-departmental activities. This yielded unprecedented numbers of volunteers to support the NROTC program and generated university participation in the Association of NROTC Colleges and Universities. • Increased emphasis on extracurricular sports and professional competitions improved program experience and enhanced both recruitment and retention. • Intensified enrollment outreach program: Fall 2009 freshman enrollment increased 50 percent from 2008. 2008/9 diversity recruitment goal attained (first time ever). 2009/10 diversity goal met four months early. • Enhanced mentorship resulted in attainment of quota for students selecting career in nuclear power: o 2008/9 school year quota attained for the first time in three years. o 2009/10 quota exceeded by 200%, three months earlier than previous year.
