Daily Duties at Duracell Battery:
Participated from ground zero in the start up of a Inspection/Chem Lab to fully operational to support pilot plant production runs of a Lithium Ion Rechargeable Battery.Performed First Article Inspection on components being used in the process of a Lithium Ion Rechargeable Battery. Trained Quality Technicians, Manufacturing Operators and Engineers in the use of inspection equipment and testing techniques. Responsible for maintaining Cal Man software for calibration records. Performed calibration on some measuring equipment. Scheduled outside vendors to come in and calibrate ovens,scales and surface tables. Conducted in-process audits and X-rayed battery components to see hoe electrodes were wound.
