Daily Duties at Standard And Poor’s :

Key Responsibilities: Program/Project Management, Business Analyst, Audit, Compliance, Business/Software Processes, QA/Testing, Change Control Management, Implementation Management, Vendor Management, and Personnel Management • Managed software testing teams, programs, and projects based in multiple locations including off-shore personnel. • Accountable for management of 30 ongoing programs with corresponding projects. Projects included internal/external websites, reporting tools, database management, data imports/extracts, and data collection. • Managed assigned programs and projects from inception to production. • Defined and documented all customer requirements to insure a clear and attainable commitment for solutions delivery. • Developed and implemented SQA policy, guidelines, procedures, and templates for CMM Level 2 certification. • Managed the Software Quality Assurance Group and associated activities. • Ensured projects followed defined SLDC processes (Waterfall, RUP, and Agile). • Participated to change control and software configuration processes to ensure ongoing compliance.
