Spherion Work Values

Daily Duties at Spherion :

Oversaw advised, and contributed to several QbD / PAT projects involving API drying step and measurement by NIR, API four step synthesis involving measurement by Mid-IR, and product coating and drying step involving NIR. Each project required design, risk analysis, multivariate analysis, and qualification before going on-line. My direct contribution was by way of multivariate analysis involving calibrating (creation of equations), and validating (predictions using the equations), but also created, revised and reviewed many of the SOP's, guidance's and reports for quality and regulatory review and acceptance.
