Daily Duties at Perma Pure Llc:

Responsible for all Accounts Receivable of small manufacturing company, including collection calls, bank deposits, reconciliation of bank accounts, and management of cash flow. Process weekly ADP payroll for 60+ employees. Supervise A/P clerk's coding and entering of invoices. Determine cash requirements and print bi-weekly check run. Administer employee benefits and interface with parent company and benefits providers on financial and Human Resource matters. Track employee time, and maintain personnel files according to HIPPA guidelines. Reconcile accounts and complete Excel spreadsheets for monthly close. Calculate and electronically submit quarterly NJ and CA sales and use tax.
