Managed and designed projects and developing drawings mostly involving healthcare along with corporate, educational, administrative and telecommunications areas, within Pennsylvania and New Jersey, from project initiation through final completion. • Managed and supervised projects involving project initiation, space planning, project coordination with clients and project consultants. • Assisted various clients with coordinating project scope and design within their capital budgets. • Initiated and coordinated meetings with clients, project consultants and contractors. Initiated and presented project to various governing agencies such as town councils, township boards, state agencies and city commissions, resulting in early project and approvals. • Established project teams along with managing and supervising up to 14 staff members through the various stages of design and construction. Conducted interviews along with annual staff reviews. • Design and construction consultant for large facilities and construction departments such as Jefferson University, Hospital, Hahnemann University Hospital, Children’s Hospital, Einstein Hospital, Verizon Communications, AT&T, Sprint, etc.
