Daily Duties at Villanova University:

Provided strong, determined leadership and direction to each project core team in order to facilitate the overall performance of our services from pre-design through the end of construction administration. Monitored all aspects of the project's financial performance, including contract negotiation, project set up, monthly audits, and client/consultant invoicing. Communicated client criteria and company goals to the entire project team and act as the primary point of contact with the client, contractors, and other project participants, as well as leading the entire project team. • Managed and supervised multiple design and construction projects of varying sizes from project initiation through final completion. Provided project space planning, project design, project management & construction administration. Resulting in projects being completed o time and with in budget. • Initiated, coordinated meetings and presentations with various campus departments, administrators, project consultants and contractors. • Initiated and prepared projects for the local township review meetings required for project approval. Resulting in all required government approvals and permits prior to project start dates. • Supervised staff through various stages of design and construction. Conducted interviews and initiating annual staff reviews. • Initiated and reviewed Request for Proposals and construction bids for building and site related projects. • Assisted in preparing yearly budget requirements for capital projects as well as provided assistance with campus wide facilities matters regarding campus buildings and grounds.
