Daily Duties at Bjs Wholesale Club:

Responsible for the daily appearance of the entire store and distribution of workflow. Duties included but were not limited to: • Supervise a staff of 25+ employees and schedule daily projects. • Customer service/relations. • Maintain inventory and organization of product. • Check in receivables and operate forklift from receiving area to sales floor. • Update and file credit reports for damaged goods. • Evaluate employees on a monthly basis to General Manager. • Train new employees and evaluate employee performance. • Maintenance of store/operation of all store equipment. • Return check billing / Billing of receivable product/ Vendor Relations - Accounts Payable. • Cash/check deposits – Accounts Payable. • Skills in utilizing building security and lock systems • Ability to gather data, compiles information, and prepare reports • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing • Control and operation of surveillance camera/observation of area through camera screens
