• Established a Northrop Grumman site office at; Mihai Kogalniceanu, Romania, Novo Selo Training Area, Bulgaria and served as its manager for a specialized military project in support of Joint Command Staff for Joint Task Force - East (JTF-E). • Managed all aspects of the site office’s financial arrangements with local banks and vendors; established an employee recruitment program; interviewed and hired all personnel. • Served as the sole and principal liaison with the client; strictly ensured that all contract requirements were met; maintained a constant focus on complete customer satisfaction and contract compliance. • Mentored and motivated the linguists and staff until mission completion and then supervised all aspects of project decommissioning. • Ensured efficient linguistics operations by managing a team of up to 288 linguists. ~ Briefed incoming units and oversaw linguist training, scheduling, logistics, health, welfare and housing. ~ Provided daily and weekly situational reports and performance evaluations with the U.S. Military.
