• Established the business including: business plan and communication and marketing strategy, raised capital, structured investor strategy, drafted contracts, developed, scouted and signed artists, recorded album, and managed all other business tasks • Created Songs from the Underground: NYC Subway – a collection of 11 diverse NYC subway performers • Created integrated communications campaign, designed album art work and managed outsourced agencies • Negotiated domestic and international co-branding deals and set up distribution channels abroad • Secured major national distribution as well as local partnerships with hotels, gift stores, cafes and museum stores • Managed partnerships with not-for-profit organizations to use alternative methods of communication and support local causes
