Operations and Engineering manager responsible for operations consisting of Tier 1 (automotive extrusion/molding environment) for automotive parts manufacturing plants located in Tennessee, Virginia and New Hampshire. Managed all engineering groups responsible for multiple plant design, maintenance and plant expansions and manager of safety, reliability and maintainability programs for company products. Designed and constructed a new manufacturing facility which resulted in a $5M annual decrease in sub-assembly cost.
