Daily Duties at Hutn Valve Company:

I managed the Inspection Department activities which included Calibration, Receiving Inspection, In-Process Inspection, and Final Inspection. I also reviewed contracts for material and testing requirements which included machining, welding, NDT, and special processes, and ensured that the shop travelers encompassed all of the requirements. This included the collection of all documentation to be presented in the cert packages. My other duties were related to locating and qualifying vendors to perform machining, supply castings and forgings, along with performing the source inspections at the vendors facilities as deemed necessary.
