First point of contact for users in a high call volume environment. Provided assistance to clients as they opened tickets requesting assistance. Responsibilities included system backups and re-imaging, computer repair, upgrades, data backups, printer setups and networking, other peripheral troubleshooting. Supported Lotus Notes email accounts. Escalated calls to Network Administrators when needed.
