Daily Duties at Edens And Avant:

Provided support to both local and remote staff on all company-supported applications for various hardware platforms. Managed call center staff with daily operations including one-on-one troubleshooting of technical issues with end-users, completing project-based services including installing hardware and software solutions, providing on-the-job training to IT department and company-wide end-user new-hires, and serving as main contact for C-levels’ personal IT calls. Performed a variety of on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic tasks including virus removal, internet security wireless network setups, PC and laptop setups and upgrades, hardware troubleshooting and upgrades, OS installs, data backup and recovery as well as assisting with server installations. Managed daily data entry on inbound IT issues often exceeding 200+/day with streamlined accuracy. Supervised and resolved IT issues for over 300 company-wide internal staff spanning 15 offices. Provided recommendations on company application and hardware purchases. Managed technicians for scheduling, product roll-outs, and service calls.
