Daily Duties at Mindlash, Inc.:
Managed frontline relationships and served as a central point of contact to clients. Managed accounts and oversaw day-to-day operations including handling customer assistance requests and research and procurement of both company and client software and hardware needs. Managed additional support staff in areas such as recruiting, hiring, training and cross-training. Acted as liaison between clients and design team for both internet and intranet website creation/maintenance. Built and configured new workstations and servers as needed. Managed email, anti-spam and virus protection. Server/PC troubleshooting and repair. Responsible for creating, maintaining and restoring images of servers.
