Daily Duties at Acquis Consulting Group:
Reported directly to the CFO and Managing Partner. Handled full-cycle recruitment including creating job descriptions, postings, interviewing, background checks, and new-hire orientation. Initiated various training and retention strategies, with a focus on employee development. Collaborated with executive management on their change management initiatives. Led the annual performance management process. Handled various internal initiatives, such as the advocacy and consultant training program.
