Communications Project Management Specialist • Coordinated and followed-up on press releases and advisories; managed requests from media, stakeholders, researchers and other interested parties to ensure PHA programs received maximum positive exposure. • Produced numerous essential PowerPoint reports for external and internal use, including: Accomplishments Report, Housing Selection, Ex-Offenders, Public Housing 101, MTW, Mantua, Penn, Pashcall Homes, Community and Social Services, Disability Town Hall. • Photography as needed for print and on-screen presentations • Researched and developed articles and reports for internal agency publications such as the annual report, accomplishments report, brochures, web site, employee newsletter, resident newspaper, and for external placement in trade and other interested print journals. • Managed requisitions, vendor registrations and special electronics orders. • Facilitated special projects such as PHA Travel Analysis, Standard & Poor’s Credit Analysis and other unscheduled requests.
