Daily Duties at First Usa Bank:
AVP Management Performance & Training: Lead the development and implementation of Performance Management process will help to calibrate the important sales/performance contributions as well as provide managers with an deeper understanding of any potential "gaps" between the employee and manager perceptions of performance. I also advocate inserting a self-assessment into the current performance management process prior to an initial performance discussion and disparities is addressed during a robust one on one regularly scheduled conversation. All functional areas improved on employee satisfaction scores in all target areas by 10+%.
