Daily Duties at Money Gram International:
• Developed, maintained and managed all new customer care representatives for 600+ seat international call center. Responsible for 120+ new hire reps at any one time. • Empowered, trained and utilized 3 team leads in order to accomplish this demanding responsibility. Selected and developed 5 team leads who were eventually promoted to Supervisor roles in the center. • Entrusted with hiring and termination responsibilities. Spurred on high performing representatives, coached performance issues for success, and terminated low performing individuals. • Analyzed hiring process and discovered inefficiencies. Fought for process improvements that helped increase New Hires retention nearly 15%, during a year of incredible growth (46% new hire increase). My recommendations saved over $300,000 in annual outsourced wages (2005-2006). • Facilitated teamwork across multiple departments. Known center-wide for my commitment to relationships and results.
What they like about Money Gram International:
You highly value a work environment built on a formal structure, rules, and regulations. You do not enjoy the unpredictability of shifting priorities and deadlines that upset your routine. You require and enjoy direction, input and accountability as part of your work environment. You have a strong need to participate in making key decisions and feel left out if your superiors or co-workers do not seek your input when making decisions. You thrive on providing good customer service to both internal or external customers, and doing so makes you feel good.
