Managed, supervised, and directed the day-to-day operations of 20 production employees, Direct production of all three shifts with the objective of making a quality product in a safe, efficient, timely, and environmentally friendly manner, Trained and mentored new production employees, Ensure employees have a safe environment in which to work, which included issue resolution and accident reporting, as well as maintaining a neat and orderly production floor, Initiated continual efforts to improve operations to achieve business targets by identifying opportunities to improve business, Machining and welding supervisor, In charge of planning the scheduling of deliveries to a large number of customers, Make sure all deadlines and deliveries are met on time, Handle conflicts or misunderstandings with customers, Process outbound shipments, Receive and document all shipments, Maintained ISO/TS certification, Responsible for data entry, Machine troubleshooting and coordinate machine maintenance, In depth knowledge of parts and dimensions essential to production, Coordinate inventory to guarantee on time delivery to customers
